Pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, SPEKVA offer two years’ right to complain about defects found in connection with the normal use of the product.

The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear arising out of incorrect use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised interference. Any complaints about defects shall be reported to SPEKVA within reasonable time after the defect has been detected or should have been detected. In connection with a complaint, SPEKVA will pay the costs of returning the defective product to a reasonable extent.

Returned products should also be sent to this address – please note that we do not accept receipt of packages sent COD (cash on delivery). It is not mandatory, but it will help speed up the handling procedure if correct and adequate information accompany the package, such as a copy of the order confirmation, registration and account number of the bank to which the return payment should be sent, copy of any previous correspondence etc.

If there are agreed anticipation discounts, returned products or prepaid products that are cancelled before dispatch, a refund of the purchase, in full or in part, should take place. Refund normally takes place using bank transfer, and SPEKVA therefore need information on your bank registration number and account number.
