There is a 14 days return right on the products, calculated from the day you receive the products or from the day you receive the order confirmation, should you receive it after the products.
If you choose to cancel your purchase, all you have to do is return the product essentially in the same condition and number as it was received.
You can also cancel by denying acceptance of the product or by returning the product in person at SPEKVA. When the product has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded and forwarded to your account within a few days. The cost of returning the goods shall be paid by you.
